About
Girls got game is an After School & Summer Program for young girls of color. The program is catered towards High School & Middle School girls of color taking place weekly 3pm-6pm and during the spring & fall. Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm.
Program Goals
Girls Empowerment
Empower Girls to stay in school and go to college where they can make money & earn scholarships playing the games they love.
Success Measurement
Measure the success of both Programs based on metrics defined & approved by corporate partners
Boost Skills
Increase the creative, critical thinking & motor skills of the students
Breaking Barriers
Teach Girls how to get jobs working in the Gaming & Esports industry.
Prevention
Reduce Truancy & Crime
Boost Enrollement
Increase college (2 & 4 year) enrollment
Partnership Requests
- As a strategic partner, we ask that you provide us with the following to maximize the success of the after-school program
Financial donation to help cover the costs of staff, meals, programming, etc
Donation of gaming equipment (Consoles, PC, Video Games, Peripherals) to help setup gaming labs in each of the three (3) markets
Company swag items (t-shirts, hats, backpacks) to giveaway to the students
Executives from your company to attend the program, speak & mentor students
